Ladder Clicker Reroll - Major Update: Descend (v2.2.56)


Hello everyone! Here is a Fatal Error Games team major update for Ladder Clicker Reroll, one of four major updates you must see in 2023. This new game version become more user-friendly, and more enjoying for both hardcore and casual players.

Meet the Ladder Clicker Rerol 2.2: Descend! And thank you for downloading the game! We hit 50 downloads in no time, and next major update is on 100!

Here is what we done in previous few months:

NEW FEATURES

  • Mining: Now you can gather Nodes along the way, getting no damage and some dust. Rare nodes bring much more dust, both during dealing damage to them and after the last hit.
  • Enemy Statuses: Now you can see enemy buffs and debuffs in combat.
  • Enemy Buffs: Now all rare enemies have from one to four buffs to make your life harder. To compensate for this, enemies become about 10-20% weakier to former selves.
  • Location system: Now when you want to start killing monsters or getting dust, you need to choose from 4 different locations to start. Initially, there is always
    • Aggressive location (more monsters).
    • Calm location (more nodes).
    • Unity-costing one rare monster.
    • Unity-costing one rare node.
  • Location Depth: After you finish location you can choose from four new locations to enter. Entering a new location will grant you some permanent bonus for surviving this far. Locations are always attuned like this:
    • Random rarity Aggressive location.
    • Random rarity Calm location.
    • Unity-costing rare location (rarity green+).
    • Unity-costing rare location (rarity green+).
  • Location Rarity: Every location has rarity, and rare locations have mods. There can be several negative mods, and one positive. For each additional negative mod, positive is multiplied, so it is always better to choose the rarest location. Mods last only till location is finished.
  • Location Balancing: Monster and Node rarity have been reduced, to reflect the fact that most locations are dull and poor. However, the number of monsters you need to kill to level up remains the same and loot you get per hero level is the same too. 
  • Location Portal: After you finish the last enemy or node in location, you can still manage loot you get. After you are done with that you need to hold LMB on the portal to exit location. Loot will be lost after this action.

QUALITY OF LIFE / BALANCE

  • Hero now gets a huge boost to XP until he reaches 10 lvl.
  • Added new classes images.
  • Added new monster images.
  • Loot does not disappear after the next enemy is killed anymore.
  • White enemies now drop items along with dust, likely 40% of time.
  • On level up you get a pop-up message, just to remind you that you get one extra shard.
  • Unity per hit rune became Effect over Time debuff for 9 turns.
  • Enemy can hit you when you kill him with 50% chance of doing so.

BUG FIXES

  • Items salvaged in warehouse tab are now destroyed.
  • Scrolled areas like inventory now scroll properly.
  • Item upgrades now require the correct amount of dust.

We will still be making some QoL changes and bug fixes for next few weeks, and then head directly to version 2.3 with masteries, new planes, biomes and crafting system ahead!
